**Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Clinical RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of exceptional home health services to our patients. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled nurses and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
**Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating the team of skilled and unskilled care staff to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.
• In-home supervisory and client intake visits.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Provide ongoing education and training to staff members to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Experience with Pediatrics preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in home health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
